HYK Bina Sdn Bhd (Co. No: 159775-A) was founded 1996. From its humble beginnings as a subcontractor known as Hen Yet Keow Construction until its transition to HYK Bina Sdn Bhd, the Company has successfully completed projects with a total value of about RM 1.3 billion spanning over a period of 24 years.
In recognising the need for continual improvement as a means of success in an increasingly competitive construction industry, the Company achieved the ISO 9001:2008 in the year 2009 in the scope of “Provision of Building Construction Services for Quality Management System” by ISOQAR LTD.
The Company also became a CIDB Grade 7 contractor in 2010, thus enabling it to undertake unlimited-sized projects from government and private bodies all over Malaysia.
In 2007, the company diversified into property development by setting up HYK Land And Development Sdn Bhd (Co.No: 763957-P) with a total authorized and paid-up capital of RM 1,000.000.00. It has since successfully launched and delivered property development with GDV worth 300 million.
With a focus on building quality homes, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments, the company has established a reputation for excellence in the industry. From conceptualization to construction and completion, HYK Land and Development Sdn Bhd offers a seamless and efficient development process.
Currently, the Company is looking into diversification and growth potential with the joint venture with various landowners for various land banks.
